Guild S-60
What do we have here?
Who hit the stash of pot again?
Well it's a Guild S-60, a model screaming (a bit too loud) for attention.
According to the webs, around 1977 Guild introduced a new guitar shape which was used on the S-60, S-65, S-70, S-300...
This S-60 was the entry level model, and came either with one humbucker or two single-coils.
So, in a way, it was Guild's Les Paul Junior...
Looks like the original brainstorming was: "Round. Curvy. You know, a bit like that Ovation Breadwinner/Deacon... but more manly."
Seems that the era was obsessed with melting guitar bodies. That all ended in the eighties, of course, when guitars got all pointy.

And Mark is right: the neck joint is gorgeous.
Come to think of if, maybe Prince would have played that one.
