Or is it a Fenton-Weill?

Cheap british guitars history is not so clear for me, especially in the sixties.
It seems that the Weill chap had a collaboration with Burns guitars, then went on on his own while still using the same models with chopped-off headstocks... he then later used Hohner models.
The Amazon is supposedly fashioned after the Hohner Holborn.

Still, a very pretty thing, that somehow reminds me of a scene in Brian De Palma's "Phantom Of The Paradise".
